Booking with Studio 621

A booking payment is required to hold your date. It is applied to your balance and is not refundable
The balance is due before files are delivered
Rescheduling is possible subject to availability. Repeated changes may need a new booking payment
We shoot in our own style and make the final selection and editing decisions
You receive finished, edited files. RAW and unedited footage are not supplied unless agreed in writing
Your galleries are available for a set period — please download and keep your own copies
We may show selected images from your session in our own portfolio and marketing. Tell us any time if you would rather we did not, and we will remove them
We own the copyright in the work. You receive a licence to use it. Commercial use is arranged separately
